Welcome. Here you will find information regarding my work as a personal trainer and fitness professional.

My approach to fitness training is client-centered, holistic, and deep. I assist students and clients with their goals to develop strength, alignment, balance, agility, and an overall sense of well-being.

I am able to deeply support clients with a body of knowledge drawn from my distinct background in fitness training, diet and nutrition, dance, theater, Tai Chi, Biochemistry, and Yoga. From this place, I focus on the individual needs of individual people to make achieving one’s health and fitness goals a positive, sustainable, and transformative experience.

I am passionate about working with an inclusive range of people and have extensive experience working with clients that range from athletes, artists, and people working through injury to older adults, LGBTQIA+ communities, and people with disabilities.
